Shipping

Lumadea Cosmetici uses GLS or similar as a transport carrier.

Delivery times refer to:

– ITALY (Northern and Central Provinces), delivery within 24/48 hours from when they are shipped.

– ITALY (South, Islands and remote areas), delivery within 24/72 hours from when they are shipped.

– EUROPE (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania , Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Cyprus, Croatia, Malta), delivery within 24/240 hours from when they are shipped.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. If Friday is chosen as the shipping day, delivery of the goods will take place within the following 24/48 working hours or on Monday/Tuesday.

Shipments with advance payment by credit card, Paypal or Postepay, bank transfer have a base cost of 8 euros. With the purchase of €70 of products, shipping is free in Italy.

* Problems and delays by national couriers are not attributable to us. Shipping is a service offered by third parties. The goods always travel at the risk of the customer.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders received by 11am Italian time are shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm), except in cases of force majeure and/or system failures.

From when they are shipped, the delivery times listed below in our "transport and delivery methods" apply.

All prepaid shipments take precedence; for payments by bank transfer the 24 hours or shipping times chosen will be recalculated from the actual crediting to the current account of Snail Therapy Company srl

All orders are subject to acceptance by Snail Therapy Company srl
